Brenda Maxwell
Associate Broker
Brenda’s role at Vantage West Realty is to oversee the entire administration team and manage our conveyancing and accounting needs. She maintains her Associate Broker’s license and ensures that our agents are following the governing rules of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA). Not only does Brenda keep the office running smoothly, but she also adds a lot of fun to our workplace. Brenda is always organizing team events and contributes a great deal to the company culture here.
She was initially licensed as a Sales Associate in 1990 and went on to get her Managing Broker and Property Management licenses in 1995. Since that time, Brenda has worked as a Managing Broker, Administrator, Controller and Accountant in many of the Okanagan Region’s top producing brokerages. She moved to Kelowna in 2014, and since joining Vantage West, she has become an indispensable member.
Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Brenda realized early on that spending six months a year trudging through the snow was no life for her! She moved from Regina to Kamloops in 1973 - a decision she’s never regretted. Brenda raised two beautiful daughters while working full time and loved to take them camping and fishing. She also participated in winter sports with her daughters and was even known to take them ice fishing! When she wasn’t at the lake or campground, you could usually find Brenda playing major women’s fastball or mixed slow-pitch. These days, Brenda spends her free time with family and friends as well as volunteering for worthy causes in our community.
